Lead Time
All products are made to order & a small 10 working day lead time is required on some items & may be longer at some busier times during the year.
Polishing turnaround time is 1-3 weeks & powder coating 1-2 weeks.
Postal Insurance
We recommend postal insurance with all of our products. This is not available at checkout - If you would like to add this to your order add a note at checkout. The pricing is $3 for every $100 of cover.
Sissybars & Handlebars
All sissy bars will come plain in the material & finish selected. Photos shown are examples only & may differ slightly to finished product. “Plain’ meaning they have a straight plain rounded tip, without any crossbars, racks or extra added detail & come at a stock height of 400mm off the rear fender. If you'd like a custom height, any extra detail or add-ons this will incur an extra cost - price on application, if you'd like something different to what is pictured, please get in touch first so we can discuss your requirements.
Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Unfortunately there are no returns, exchanges or refunds on on any Bespoke or Custom items once the order has been placed.
Returns must be paid by the customer & are not refundable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as Bespoke/Custom Sissy bars & handlebars, Chrome & powder coated items cannot be returned or refunded. Please take your time when ordering & ensure you order the correct item, for any enquires please contact us before ordering: info@barnonemoto.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed so.
Refunds (if applicable)
Returns must be paid by the customer & are not refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If your item has been damaged in transit & no postal insurance was requested at check out you will need to handle this yourself.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bar-None Moto, PO Box 317 Black Hill, VIC 3350, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
