Got a frame you want to hardtail or modify your stock frame? Want to keep the VIN? You can. We can do a range of mods to your frame. The frame will be cut down, put into a frame jig, made straight & modified. If you’d like a hard style frame you can choose to use either the kit of your choice or one made from scratch with cast axle plates, then tripled checked with lasers & welded off.

*Prices do vary on the work required. We recommend only using USA investment cast axle plates from Hardtail Choppers priced at $500 a pair delivered (prices may change without notice). If you require a juice brake tab let us know, the hardtail conversion work will be added on top along with the cost of sand blasting the frame prior to work.
