Got a frame you want to hardtail or modify your stock frame? Want to keep the VIN? You can. We can do a range of mods to your frame. The frame will be cut down, put into a frame jig, made straight & modified. If you’d like a hard style frame you can choose to use either the kit of your choice or one made from scratch with cast axle plates, then tripled checked & welded off.

We recommend only using USA investment cast axle plates from Hardtail Choppers. If you require a juice brake tab let us know, the hardtail conversion work will be added on top along with the cost of sand blasting the frame prior to work along with metal finishing if required.
If you need a panhead conversion done with a Brake Cross Shaft Kit this will be added on as an extra cost.
